The Powermaster tractors are designed to meet the specific requirements of large-sized farms and contractors and incorporate the most advanced technological and ergonomic solutions available in this tractor range.
The three models of the Powermaster series are equipped with the latest F.P.T. Nef 6-cylinder turbo engines. This engine family features 24 valves and a Common-rail electronic injection system and provides excellent torque features for great flexibility of use.
In addition to this, the Dual Power system, which utilises the engine electronics, allows an automatic increase of both the power and torque available at the PTO.
The engine electronics ensure optimum and clean combustion for improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions in line with TIER 3 regulations slated to go into effect in 2006.
The innovative electronic ‘Autopowershift’ transmission provides 32 speeds (4 ranges and 8 powershifts under load) and is controlled via a multi-function lever which allows all range and electronic powershifts to be engaged by simply pushing a button. The transmission is further equipped with a hydraulic “Reverse Power Shuttle” which provides a total of 32FWD+24REV speeds. A creeper unit can be also fitted as an option.
A closed-centre hydraulic system operates the electronic power lift and the five auxiliary valves available, two of which are electronically controlled via a joystick integrated into the multi-function armrest.
The front axle with hydraulic suspension (L.S.A. - Landini Suspended Axle), combined with the electronically-controlled cab suspension system (L.S.H.C. - Landini Suspended Hydro Cab), further enhances the driving comfort.
The Master Class four-post cab with large doors hinged onto the rear post makes for all-round visibility. The automatic air-conditioning, the sprung seat with the multi-function “Electronic Armrest” and the accurate, automotive-style interiors make driving a real pleasure.
