7 Series T4 Final V-Shift: all-round innovation

The LANDINI 7 range includes the 7 (4 cyl.) and 7 (6 cyl.) series, both equipped with the V-SHIFT continuously-variable transmission. The 7 V-SHIFT range comprises three four-cylinder models, the 7-145, 7-165 and 7-175 with power ratings of 150, 165 and 176 hp, and two six cylinder models, the 7-180 end 7-200 that deliver 180 and 192 hp, respectively. The five models of the 7 range are powered by FPT - NEF engines meeting Tier 4 Final emissions regulations. All engines are equipped with selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC). In addition, they feature the Dual Power system to automatically increase power available during PTO and transport operations. All models in the range incorporate a V-SHIFT continuously variable transmission. The hydraulic system provides a flow rate of 160 l/min (available for 7 (6 cyl.) model) to operate a rear hitch with a maximum lift capacity of 9300 kg and up to seven remote valves. The Data Screen Manager (DSM) has been upgraded to offer more functions such as a rear view camera for improved visibility to the rear implements and safe transport operations, advanced headland management functions and additional information from the tractor’s onboard computer. To further enhance operator comfort, the tractor is equipped with an electronically- controlled Semi-Active Cab Suspension system which automatically adapts the damping effect of the shock absorbers to the driving conditions for maximum ride comfort and safety on all terrains.

TIER T4 Final FTP-NEF ENGINES WITH SCR SYSTEM

The 7 V-SHIFT range comprises three four-cylinder models, the 7-145, 7-165 and 7-175 with power ratings of 150, 165 and 176 hp, and two six cylinder models, the 7-180 end 7-200 that deliver 180 and 192 hp, respectively. V-Shift continuously variable transmission

The V-Shift transmission is a continuously variable transmission (CVT) developed by Landini that provides an infinite number of speed ratios from zero to the maximum speed permitted in the country of use. This transmission offers four speed ranges to suit different operating requirements:

RANGE 1 CREEPER 0.5 – 3 KM/H
RANGE 2 FIELD 1 0.5 – 12 KM/H
RANGE 3 FIELD 2 0.5 – 21 KM/H
RANGE 4 TRANSPORT 0.5 – 40 or 50 KM/H

The V-Shift transmission features four operating modes:
A. AUTO MODE
The electronic unit takes control of the engine speed and transmission ratio (in accordance with the settings of the droop potentiometer (P) integrated into the armrest) in order to achieve the required speed.
B. MANUAL MODE
The operator sets the engine speed using the hand throttle. The electronic unit takes controls of the transmission ratio in order to achieve the required speed.
C. PTO MODE
The operator sets the engine speed using the hand throttle. The electronic unit takes control of the transmission ratio in order to achieve the required speed with the PTO on.
D. CRUISE MODE
The operator selects the tractor travel speed and this remains constant.
